Since the developers at the Urban Alfandre set sights on SLC from their home on the East Coast, their focus has been creating "urban spaces designed around the human experience," and with this most recent project, it looks like they've definitely delivered. Row17 is 32 townhome-style condos on 1700 South. The project (which, luckily for you, happens to be directly across the street from Sweet Lake Biscuits and Limeade) consists of sleek, modern units-each two stories-stacked into garden- and terrace-level living spaces. The interiors in both options are open and airy, and each boast large picture windows to bring in a welcome wash of natural light. Also in each: quartz countertops, laminate wood flooring, and wide open central space, ideal for living, dining, and hosting your people. The garden level layout features two bedrooms (with the owner's suite on the main) and two bathrooms, a large laundry area, and a private deck. The terrace level units feature two upper floor bedrooms with ensuite baths and one main floor bedroom (which we're thinking could easily act as an office space), as well as loads of storage and closet space. Perhaps best of all, though, is Row17's fabulously city-centric location; the Ballpark neighborhood is one of our favorite up-n-coming spots, and with a perch so near to so much of our city's good stuff, this seems the perfect opportunity to nab a bit of SLC for yourself.
