It doesn't get any better than this! Incredible location like you wouldn't believe!! Our place looks like a mountain resort situated far up in a secluded National Park... and yet it is in the middle of everything important! The house has a 'resort' appearance and sits on a full three acres of highly wooded and hilly splendor which makes it extremely private and in a world of it's own, and yet amazingly is close to the heart of downtown Knoxville; the river is just a mile down the road; the airport is a short drive down the road; a major hospital is a couple miles away; the University is quite close; and all parts of Knoxville, whether east, west, north, and south are easy to get to in a short amount of time. I mentioned the three acres of property... well, there are actually three separate lots. The house sits on one and there are two additional lots. Each lot is approximately one acre and though we could sell all three separately, we are including all together. (Zestimate DOES NOT reflect all three lots.) This gives you an incredible amount of land with very few houses in this area having as much. It also makes the house quite private with a long gated driveway soaring upwards from an equally private culdesac. Since my wife became highly disabled, a wheelchair ramp was added as well as a new handicapped-equipped shower and other relevant handicap rails downstairs. Because she is no longer able to go upstairs, that part of the house gets very little usage and you will notice the rooms up there are basically used for storage (please forgive the clutter in those pictured rooms). As you enter the driveway from the culdesac and you proceed up the long drive, you can see all three highly wooded lots to your right. The house sits at the top on a high spot with a three car paved parking area. Also along the land's high area are some semi-level flat land. The acreage descends down a slope with paths cut through sections of the thick forest. A gazebo-style treehouse sits in the middle of the land and a trail continues past it.
