This is a beautiful, custom built home. It is located in a very nice neighborhood in the mountain town of Pinedale, Wyoming. The first thing you might notice about this log home is the attention to detail, inside and out. The perfectly manicured yard and flower beds will catch your eye right away. As you enter the property from the front or back, you will appreciate the decks that are covered, and are the length of the home. Plenty of space to entertain guests or just to sit and have your morning coffee. Off the back deck you will find a fire pit area for the kids or grandkids to enjoy a hot dog and marshmallows during our amazing summers. There is also a double decker playhouse in the back yard for unlimited fun for kids. To the side of that, is a shed that can be used to store all your yard tools. At approximately 10x12 there is plenty enough room for anything extra. There is a small area on the west side of the garage that can be used for firewood. There is plenty of space in the 1200 square foot garage too. The home has been well maintained throughout the years. As the only owners of this home, we are confident of the home's history. As you enter the front door, you are greeted first off by a log stairway leading upstairs. This was made of a huge log from the area, split in two. There is an open floor concept of the living/dining/entrance/ and kitchen area. You are able to warm this whole area up with the wood stove located by the back door for easy convenience of bringing in firewood. These floors are all in floor heating as well. The kitchen area is small but functional. The rest of this main floor consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The top floor of this home consists of the master suite. There is plenty enough space in the 700+square feet of living space. It has a master bath with 2 pedestal sinks, a jetted tub, and a large tiled shower big enough for two. There is also a walk in closet. The floors have in floor heating so you are never cold. Off the south of this master suite you can walk through the french doors out onto your own private covered deck. Heading back down the stairs , we get all the way to the basement. This isn't your average basement. The ceilings are almost 9 feet tall. There is plenty of natural light that comes in from the 4 extra large window wells. There is also an exterior door with side lights that leads back up to the deck. The basement has 2 extra large bedrooms, a nice sized family room, a large pantry, and a bathroom/laundry room. Everything for the in floor heating system, water heater, etc. is contained in the boiler room which is also in the basement.
