Finding a home in Wilton Woods is hard but one that is priced $25K BELOW the assessed value is nearly im.possible.... until now. Come check out the 4,000+ sq.ft. in this airy classic Colonial with a refined design and a floor plan #formiles. Set just off the street, what could be better than a private lot in the neighborhood of neighborhoods across the street from a playground, softball fields and public tennis court. Have a party inside because you have the space and lots of it on the main level and everywhere else for that matter. There won't be any fighting over bathrooms and bedrooms because there are several of each (I lost count there are so many). Save the drive to work if you can and flex your work muscles in your main level office. You can conserve some more energy by dropping off your dirty socks in the legit laundry room on the bedroom level. Speaking of saving energy, you can do that too...literally because you've found yourself a house with a fancy newer roof and HVAC system. If you love a good basement, you might like this one...not that you need more space here but if you to have a playroom/yoga studio/arcade/bat cave or simply want a place to throw-a-bouncy-house-in-there-and-shut-the-door, this might be it. If you venture outside, and you should, because it is almost spring (YAY...did I say that out loud?) you will get to enjoy the terraced patios and private yard. Take a break from Netflix and check out the movie-theatre a hop, skip and jump away at the Hoffman Center or Kingstowne, see where the new Wegmans is under construction or just come see this house instead. It's got a fancy new fence in the front, some fresh paint and new windows in the basement and if you prefer to park your cars in the 2-car garage you can do that or easily hop on the metro because is just a little over a mile to Huntington! Clermont elementary too.
